Prior to joining us, new client Parish Line Bistro had neither an established brand nor a social media presence of any kind. We employed a complete suite of services for the client – a total brand build. Over the course of four months, we utilized our resources and connections from our experience in the field to help Parish Line Bistro flourish. We started building a brand and ignited a social media campaign to help them gain traction and popularity before opening night to help ensure the restaurant’s success. Since our firm understands the local market, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies, we committed to the challenges of developing this brand and growing its social media presence.

At Scott Walker Media, our staff leverages more than two decades in the news industry to make sure our clients are noticed. Parish Line Bistro had 12 articles written about it before opening night. That earned media coverage helped direct people to the social media account which, in turn, helped prospective clientele stay engaged with the account so that they know when Parish Line Bistro will open. As of 2023, the number of articles including our client has risen to 15!

The first thing we did for Parish Line Bistro was to create a social media presence. By opening night, Parish Line Bistro’s Instagram following had grown to 1,055. From the coming soon sign all the way through completion, we began building excitement on social media early. A week after opening, Parish Line had more than 2,000 Instagram followers and 800+ on Facebook. In just 6 months, we were able to produce astronomical organic growth for our client. According to the average engagement rate for beverage accounts on Instagram is 1.05% & Facebook’s is 0.29%.

Branding, menu design, and content creation.

Our client wanted Parish Line Bistro to be a modern bistro bar, so we made sure the logo reflected a modern aesthetic and alerted and informed the prospective consumers of this restaurant’s atmosphere. Once the logo was decided, the menu designs were developed. While designing menu options for Parish Line Bistro, we prioritized a modern aesthetic for our client’s vision. This asset creation continued to include event flyers, social media content, business cards, and so much more!
